Item prices and discounts
The pricing system for items operates using tariffs. Each customer is assigned a tariff group.
A price can be set for each defined rate. This way, items have multiple prices and are used according to the rate assigned to the customer.
Create a rate group if one does not exist and assign that group to the customers you need.
Create a rate within this rate group and this will allow you to have prices between dates if you wish, making price changes easier to implement.
Once this is done, set prices for the items for each rate directly from the item's card.
In the price list you can also set a discount to be applied by default at the item level if you wish.

Discounts
In addition to the rates, customers may be eligible for discounts. This discount is saved in the customer's record and applied to their total bill.
